Proclamation Request

Please read the guidelines below before submission.

Supervisor Paloma Aguirre issues proclamations to recognize individuals, organizations, businesses, and community groups for their meaningful contributions to San Diego County. Proclamations are typically reserved for milestone events or occasions of exceptional significance. 

Due to the high volume of requests, please submit your completed request form at least two weeks prior to the intended presentation date. All fields must be completed, and proposed language for the proclamation must be included for consideration. 

Please note: The Office of Supervisor Aguirre reserves the right to edit or decline any proclamation request.
